Redemption is here for you, TODAY!! What does that mean…..?

The definition of redemption in the Merriam Webster dictionary means: “the act of redeeming”, redeem means to ransom, free, or rescue by paying a price.

Redemption in the Hebrew translation means: relationship, kindred and deliverance.

In the Greek it means: ransom in full, deliverance.

Tonight I want to talk to you about how Christ came to rescue us by paying the price IN FULL! HE came to loose us and deliver us from the chains that bind us, all the addictions and forces that hold us down, HE has made us FREE!! HE came to redeem us back to our rightful place of relationship with HIM! HE came to bring us back into the family, a part of the kinship as Sons of GOD!! Our Father in heaven wants to adopt us! We have an inheritance in the Kingdom of GOD just waiting for us.

Psalms 111:9 He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name. (KJV)

We have a covenant for ever!!!

Psalms 130: 7 Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption. (KJV)

There is plenteous redemption….more than enough for ALL!!

Jesus came so that we may experience COMPLETE deliverance from the struggles and battles of life, from the things that are constantly attacking us and trying to keep us down. There is SOO much more HE wants for us!

Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: (KJV)

Thank GOD for HIS grace!! Jesus Christ loves us so much that he took on all the sins, diseases and addictions of the world, HE paid the full price for us so that we could again be a part of HIS family!! How awesome to think that our freedom is just waiting for us to take hold and claim it?!

Do you want to be free?? Are you sick of living the same old life, trapped and held down be pain and addiction?? Are you tired of going around suffering in your mind and your body, aching for things that you KNOW are just NOT good for you?? GOOD NEWS….you can be set free!!

Romans 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, 21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. {the…: or, every creature} 23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. Sometimes the sufferings that we are going through in this time will later become part of our testimony as GOD reveals HIS glory in us!! We will be adopted, and redeemed back into the original place where GOD wanted us….FREE from sin!!

Eph 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; (KJV)

We are redeemed through the blood of the lamb, according to the riches of HIS grace!! We are FORGIVEN!!

What we have to start to realize is that GOD intended us to become NEW in HIM.

Eph 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. (KJV)

The holy Spirit of God has sealed you unto the day of redemption….you are forever marked as HIS!!

That means if you are HIS you are to have nothing that is NOT of HIM dwelling within you. GOD wants to bring deliverance from the enemy within. There are still some things that hold onto you from your past that need to be cast out. You need to let go of those things that hold on, we will call them “strongholds”. They can be very controlling over you physically and emotionally.

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. {flesh…: Gr. blood and flesh} {spiritual…: or, wicked spirits} {high: or, heavenly} (KJV)

What we really have to understand is that we are not fighting things within our own body…not against flesh and blood. There is a real spiritual world in which the battle between good and evil actually exists. It is not just in Hollywood. There are real spiritual battles being fought for souls here on earth. So what we have to put into context is that some things that we battle, like addictions, are a spiritual battle, and can be overcome by applying GOD’s principles in HIS word. HE gives us a whole book of instructions….it’s called The BIBLE, “Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth”. This is THE ONLY BIG BOOK we need to guide our lives by.

So if we want to experience a freedom from the things that fight us, like addictions, fear, anger, hurt, bitterness, unforgiveness, etc. we have to follow Jesus’s example. In the word, Jesus was constantly battling people that were fighting these dark forces…they were demon possessed. And JESUS, in HIS authority ALWAYS had victory over these battles!! For greater is he that is in me, than he that is in the world. When we start to think spiritually, we realize that there are demons that can control us as much as we allow them to enter in. So today, I come to ask you, who wants to CAST OUT these forces of addiction that have us bound? In order to really walk in the freedom that Christ came to give us, we have to be willing to let go of those controlling forces.

Let’s look at how JESUS handled these issues shall we?

Mt 12:22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw. (KJV)

They had brought to HIM a man possessed with these strong evil forces…with a devil….and Jesus healed him.

But Jesus gave us a tip, ….

Mt 12:28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.

29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house. (KJV)

Jesus in order to be effective to cast out devils BY the SPIRT of GOD, had to first BIND the strong man….and THEN HE was able to “spoil his house”….to be effective. Jesus came to deliver this man from evil ….”his house” …his body had a “strong man” a stronghold over him.

Do you want the stronghold out of your life??

Mt 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. (KJV)

Jesus has said that whatsoever we shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven and whatsoever we shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

HE said these are the keys of the kingdom of heaven.

Who wants to claim their inheritance to the kingdom? Who is just sick and tired of battling this junk!!? Of always having to try to overcome these forces within your own strength?? On a constant rollercoaster of up one day, down the other??

Col 1:20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.(KJV)

Who wants PEACE???

Heb 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; (KJV)

Let us stand on the word and claim that through the death of Jesus Christ and the shedding of HIS blood, HE has power over death….over the devil!!

Who is ready to cast out the strong man?? I say to all of you today DELIVERANCE is HERE!!! JESUS CHRIST is HERE to bring you DELIVERANCE!! Come to JESUS those that want it?? Those that are wanting FREEDOM …PEACE can be yours TODAY!!

Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, (KJV)

This day, JESUS has given us access to the power and authority to bind on earth these demonic forces of addiction and pharmacia and loose the blessings of deliverance and healing.

Jesus came to take authority over those demonic forces that still have you bound and cast them back to the pits of hell where they belong!! In the NAME of JESUS…to the PIT!!

Joel 2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call. (KJV)
